Country refers to: South Africa.
Company refers to Fusion Flow, 97 Blyde Ave, Sinoville, Pretoria, 0182.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
Terms and Conditions mean this agreement governing the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third-party.
Website refers to Fusion Flow, accessible from https://www.fusionflow.co.za
You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and form the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
You confirm that You are over the age of 18. Use of the Service is also subject to acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms.
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if no purchase has been made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
If You have any dispute, You agree to attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the Company first.
EU consumers will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
You confirm that You are not located in a restricted country or on any prohibited parties list.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
If these Terms are translated, the English version will prevail in case of dispute.
